OKX Card Growth Referral Program — Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1. The OKX Card Referral Program (“Program”) is a promotional campaign offered by OKX (“OKX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to reward eligible users for referring new users to obtain and use the OKX Card.
1.2. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), the OKX User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any applicable product-specific terms as may be amended from time to time.
1.3. This Program does not constitute financial advice, investment solicitation, or a guarantee of returns.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
Inviter means an existing OKX user who shares a valid referral link or code.
Invitee means a new OKX user who registers through the Inviter’s referral link or code.
Successful Referral means a referral that meets all eligibility criteria described in Section 6.
Cycle means a fixed two-week reward calculation period determined solely by OKX.
USDG Reward means promotional rewards distributed in USDG or another digital asset at OKX’s discretion.
3. Eligibility
3.1. The Program is available only to users located in jurisdictions where the OKX Card is supported.
3.2. To participate, users must:
Maintain an active OKX account in good standing.
Successfully complete identity verification (KYC) as required by OKX.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and OKX policies.
3.3. Invitees must be OKX card users in acc.
3.4. Employees of OKX or affiliated entities may be excluded from the program at OKX’s discretion.
4. Program Mechanics
4.1. Inviters may refer multiple Invitees during the Program period.
4.2. Each Invitee must register using a valid referral link or referral code provided by the Inviter.
4.3. A referral will only be attributed to the Inviter and be considered a Successful Referral if all requirements are satisfied within the specified timeframe.
4.4 This Program cannot be combined or stacked with any other campaign, promotion, bonus, rebate, fee discount, or reward offered by OKX. You may participate in only one campaign at any one time, and if you register for more than one during an overlapping period, only the last campaign you registered for will be eligible for a reward. Any qualifying activity that has already counted towards a reward under another OKX campaign will not count again, and rewards from different campaigns are not additive. We may determine, acting reasonably, whether two or more offers can be combined, and our determination is final.
5. Rewards
5.1 Inviter Rewards
The Inviter will receive 5 USDG for each Successful Referral.
Inviter rewards are capped at 25 USDG per two-week Cycle.
5.2 Invitee Rewards
Each Invitee will receive 5 USDG upon completion of the Successful Referral requirements.
5.3. Rewards may be adjusted, substituted, or distributed in equivalent value at OKX’s sole discretion.
6. Successful Referral Requirements
A referral shall qualify as a Successful Referral only when the Invitee completes all of the following:
a) Registers for an OKX account using the Inviter’s referral link or code; b) Successfully passes KYC verification; c) Activates the OKX Card; and d) Completes three (3) settled OKX Card transactions, each with a minimum value of 25 USD.
6.1. All qualifying transactions must be fully settled and not cancelled, reversed, or refunded.
6.2. The Invitee must complete the requirements in (a) to (d) above within 14 days of the Invitee's card registration. This 14-day period runs from each Invitee's own card registration date and not from the start of any Cycle. To qualify for a reward under this Program, the Invitee must complete those requirements within the Cycle in which the Invitee registered. If the 14-day period extends beyond that Cycle and the Invitee completes the requirements after this Program has ended, the Invitee will instead be treated as participating in the promotional program (if any) then in effect and will receive only the reward (if any) offered under that program.
6.3. Transactions must be authorized within the applicable two-week Cycle to be counted for reward calculation.
6.4. OKX reserves sole discretion to determine whether a referral meets the Successful Referral criteria.
7. Reward Distribution
7.1. Rewards will be credited to eligible users’ OKX Pay accounts after internal review and verification.
7.2. Distribution timelines may vary depending on settlement status, compliance review, or operational factors.
7.3. Rewards may be subject to additional holding periods, product terms, or withdrawal conditions as communicated by OKX.
8. Prohibited Conduct
8.1. Users must not:
Create multiple or fraudulent accounts.
Engage in self-referrals.
Conduct artificial or abusive transactions solely to obtain rewards.
Use stolen payment methods or unauthorized funds.
8.2. OKX reserves the right to suspend participation, revoke rewards, or take further action if prohibited conduct is detected.
9. Risk Control and Compliance
9.1. OKX may perform risk monitoring, AML checks, and compliance reviews at any time.
9.2. OKX may disqualify users or cancel rewards where activity appears suspicious, non-commercial, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Program.
10. Modifications, Suspension, and Termination
10.1. OKX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
10.2. OKX may amend these Terms, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKX shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Program, including delays, technical issues, or interruptions beyond OKX’s reasonable control.
12. Final Interpretation
OKX reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms and any disputes arising in connection with the Program.
